Doodletale（「本应用」）是一款面向儿童的创意应用：孩子画出涂鸦，本应用借助 AI 把涂鸦变成小故事。我们深知儿童隐私的重要性，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、以及如何保护它们。
一、我们收集的信息
1. 涂鸦照片（由您或孩子主动提供）
- 用途：仅用于 AI 识别涂鸦内容并生成故事。
- 处理方式：照片通过 HTTPS 加密传输至我们的服务器，随即转发给豆包大模型（火山引擎）进行分析；我们的服务器不在磁盘中保存照片，处理完成后即丢弃。
- 生成的故事保存在您的设备本地；如您开启 iCloud，则同步到您自己的 iCloud 私有数据库（我们无权访问）。
2. 设备标识符（identifierForVendor）
- 用途：用于每日免费使用次数的限流（防止滥用），以及反馈邮件中协助定位问题。
- 该标识符为 Apple 提供的匿名 ID，无法关联到您的姓名、联系方式等真实身份；更换设备或重装应用后会变化。
- 限流记录仅保留当日，次日自动清除。
3. 使用统计数据（埋点）
- 本应用会在本地记录少量功能使用事件（如打开应用、生成故事），用于改进产品。
- 这些数据目前仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传到我们的服务器，也不会与任何第三方分享。
4. 反馈邮件（由您主动发起）
- 通过应用内「联系与支持」发送邮件时，正文会附带匿名设备 ID、设备型号、系统版本、应用版本，仅用于排查问题。
- 邮件由系统邮件 App 发送，内容完全由您确认后发出。
5. 付费信息
- 应用内购买由 Apple App Store 直接处理，我们不会接触您的支付账户或银行卡信息。
二、我们不会做的事
- 不要求注册账号，不收集姓名、电话、精确位置等个人信息；
- 不展示广告，不做任何第三方行为追踪或跨应用追踪；
- 不出售、出租任何用户数据；
- 不含社交功能，儿童无法通过本应用与陌生人联系。
三、信息共享
我们仅在实现核心功能所必需的范围内使用以下服务：
- 豆包大模型（火山引擎 / 字节跳动）：接收涂鸦照片用于内容识别与故事生成，数据传输全程加密。
- Apple iCloud（CloudKit）：如您开启，故事数据同步至您自己的 iCloud 账户，由 Apple 隐私政策约束，我们无权访问。
- Apple StoreKit：处理应用内购买。
除上述情形及法律法规要求外，我们不与任何第三方共享信息。
四、儿童隐私
本应用面向儿童设计，并遵守 Apple 儿童类别相关要求：不收集儿童的个人身份信息、不含第三方广告或分析 SDK、所有上传内容仅限生成故事所必需。我们鼓励家长陪同孩子使用，并监督任何照片的分享行为。
五、数据安全
所有网络传输均通过 HTTPS/TLS 加密；照片在服务器上仅作内存中转不落盘；本地数据存储于 iOS 沙盒中，受系统保护。
六、您的选择与权利
- 删除本应用即可清除设备上的全部本地数据；
- iCloud 中的故事可在「设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → 管理储存空间」中删除；

七、政策更新
如本政策发生变更，我们会在本页面更新并注明日期。重大变更时，会在应用内提示。

Doodletale Privacy Policy

Doodletale ("the App") turns children's doodles into stories with AI. We take children's privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
- Doodle photos (provided by you): Used solely for AI recognition and story generation. Photos are transmitted over HTTPS, forwarded to the Doubao large language model (Volcano Engine) for analysis, and are never stored on our servers. Generated stories stay on your device, or in your private iCloud database if you enable iCloud sync (we have no access).
- Device identifier (identifierForVendor): An anonymous, Apple-provided ID used only for daily free-usage rate limiting and troubleshooting in feedback emails. It cannot be linked to your real identity. Rate-limit records are kept for the current day only.
- Usage statistics: A small number of feature-usage events (e.g. app open, story generated) are stored locally on your device only, never uploaded, never shared.
- Feedback emails (initiated by you): In-app "Contact & Support" emails include an anonymous device ID, device model, OS and app version, used only to diagnose issues.
- Payments: In-app purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store; we never see your payment details.
2. What We Never Do
- No accounts, no names, phone numbers, or precise location collected;
- No ads, no third-party behavioral or cross-app tracking;
- No selling or renting of user data;
- No social features — children cannot contact strangers through the App.
3. Third-Party Services
- Doubao LLM (Volcano Engine / ByteDance): receives doodle photos for recognition and story generation over encrypted connections.
- Apple iCloud (CloudKit): optional story sync to your own iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Apple StoreKit: in-app purchases.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for children and complies with Apple's Kids Category requirements: no personal information collected from children, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and uploads limited to what story generation requires. We encourage parents to use the App together with their children.
5. Data Security
All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Photos are processed in memory only and never written to disk on our servers. Local data is protected by the iOS sandbox.
6. Your Choices
- Deleting the App removes all local data;
- iCloud data can be removed in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage;
- Contact us any time with privacy questions or requests.
7. Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date; significant changes will be announced in the App.
